Chunky Guacamole

guac

                   Chunky Guacamole:
2-3 ripe Avocados
1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup of red onion very finely minced
1 big handful of cilantro finely chopped.
Sea Salt to taste

Directions: Mash together with a fork or potato masher.

Also use this guacamole to add to a homemade 7 layer dip!
