Medicine Walk

Let's go for a walk. We'll soften our vision as we increase our awareness of everything that surrounds us. We'll identify more than 50 medicinal plants but likely have a stronger focus on about 5-10 plants and talk about some of their actions and useful applications. We'll sit with some plants and really spend some time getting a feel for their personalities. This class will be about 2 hours long with time for questions and feedback at the end as we enjoy a hot mug of nourishing herbal infusion.
