This 4 month long fermentation course will cover all of the basics for making your own sourdough products, fermented kefir (both water and milk), kombucha, as well as fermented vegetables including sour pickles, salsa and sauerkraut.

All materials and fermentation starters/cultures are provided.

Cancellation Policy: 
ny registration cancellations before March 15th, 2017 will be given a full refund minus the material costs of $100 and a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after April 01, 2017.
